What is the Procedure for Getting Khula in Pakistan?

Understanding what "Khula" means is essential before we proceed with this discussion. Khula Procedure in Pakistan is a type of divorce in which a Muslim woman from Pakistan divorces her husband without his consent. The Khula decree is approved by the Family Court in Pakistan. The Muslim Family Law of Pakistan grants the Family Courts the authority to grant a grieving wife a divorce decree without her husband's consent. The same data can later be used to apply to the Concerned Union Council's office for a divorce effectiveness certificate. Section 8 of "The Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961" addresses the issue of khula, which is clearly defined in Pakistani Muslim family law.
