Khula Procedure in Pakistan  in Islamic law and under the legal framework of Pakistan, is a woman’s right to seek the dissolution of her marriage through a judicial process. Unlike talaq , which is the husband’s unilateral right to divorce, Khula requires the intervention of the court.
